Cape wines crafted with character and personality

Martin Lamprecht makes our wines for you to really enjoy, accentuating the individual qualities of each type of grape.

He says: "We create wines with character and personality, wines which respect the fruit and have an inherent elegance to them."

Wine tasting at Doran on the Swartland border, near Paarl

Experience history in the making –
from vineyards across the garden and sports fields across the sea

At Doran Vineyards, at the foothills of the Voor Paardeberg Mountains in Paarl, on the Swartland border, you’ll find sports memorabilia from far-flung players and teams of the British Isles and the rest of the world. You’ll also see many local contributions, signed by South African greats.

So sip and enjoy as you discover a taste of true South African wines and legendary sportsmanship from further afield.

Our goal is to make real friends in our hospitality centre – our tasting room/clubhouse.
